Disconnect two iphones?
I recently bought an iPhone 8 plus, and I already have an older iPhone 6.
My problem is the two phones are connected, if it rings here it rings there, if I get a message here I get the same message there, and all my contacts were deleted on the older phone but I was able to retrieve them, my problem is how do I disconnect the both of them?

Contact your service provider. They sholud be able to get one of the phones off of the network.
Its connected through your Apple ID & the calls & messages you are getting on both at the same time are FaceTime (audio/video) & iMessages respectively. Signing out of the Apple ID on the either would stop that or you could disable either of those services on the (presumedly) older iPhone or you could prevent those services from sending calls/messages to that iPhone.
- Two different computers, two different iTunes.can I use the same Apple ID? I have iTunes on my computer that I use for my iPhone, and my mon just got an iPod Touch and wants me to fill it for her. I'm going to use her computer to do this, which currently does not have iTunes. Once I download iTunes, can I use my own Apple ID to download songs and apps onto her iPod? Is it possible to do that without disturbing what's on my phone, or do I have to make a whole new iTunes account for her?
- My internet connection randomly drops until I disconnect and reconnect to the router? My internet connection randomly drops until I disconnect my computer from the router then reconnect. It is only the internet connection that drops, the router signal/connection remains and my NAS can still be accessed. Sometimes it goes hours without loosing connection, sometimes it's minutes. I'm using a macbook pro with mountain lion installed, and the same issue occurs with my iphone. My network set up is essentially the modem > switch > router > laptop/iphone.
- Is there a way two record two instruments into an iPhone? I was planning on playing a duet with a friend where I'm on the guitar and they are on the violin and it's just something I want to post on Instagram, nothing special. Is there a cheap device or method that I can record both of us as we're playing directly into my phone?
- Is a two year contract actually two years? I just recently got a new job that will allow me to splurge a little bit and finally upgrade my phone. I hope to switch from Straight talk over to AT&T so i don't have to continue paying $300+ when I need a new phone. The iphone 6 is about $100 with AT&T s two year contract, and then I'm eligible for an upgrade. Will I be held in that two year contract or would I be able to upgrade earlier to a more recent version? How much does it generally cost to upgrade early?
