Do binaural beats/isochronic tones work?

Hi i've been looking into these and it intrigued me so i'm asking you guys. I know the difference and people say isochronic tones work better but can i have your guys input on this? I know you need headphones for these so my questions are…

4. Do mp3 versions degrade the quality?
5. Can i use Skullcandy earbuds?
6. Can I use Turtle Beach PX21 wired headset?

8. Can you tell me your experiences (not lucid dreams or astrol body things) but like sounds for anxiety or add?

5.No. Although skullcandys are highquality headphones, you need stereo (over-the-ear) headphones to get the full range of tones.

8. I've never used them "medically" for anxiety or whatnot. But some of the more "drug simulating" ones have been pretty good. They don't actually come anything close to the actual drug they are simulating, but when the tone you're listening to gets faster and it makes your body feel like its floating and then it slows back down and you just relax in your bed and chill

Also, you may need to listen to it a couple different times to get the feel for what's up

And if you listen to it on your iPod, make sure you go into the EQ settings and turn it to none. EQs *** with the tones

  • Why won't my file appear in Tones? Ok, I'm kind of in a hurry here. I have a ringtone on my computer (it's a Dell) that is an.m4r and under 30 seconds and everything required to be a ringtone on my phone (iPhone 4) but whenever I drag it from my Libraries to Tones it just does, nothing. Nothing appears and I can't get anything in the tones section of iTunes. Can somebody Please help?

The switch on the side is on, i checked and its been like this for weeks. I was wondering if there's anything i can do to fix this problem.
