Do I buy the iPhone 6 from Verizon or Apple?
I want the new iPhone 6 and my carrier is Verizon but my number isn't eligible for an upgrade yet but when I try to buy the iPhone from apple the price it gives me is as if i'm getting an upgrade which I know i'm not eligible for. So if I do buy the phone from Apple would it mess up my contract or plan? Also is it more money monthly to have an iPhone than an Android or does it depend?
Added (1). With an upgrade i'd be paying $299 for a 64gb if it was just buying the phone it'd be more, so apple is selling it to me at $299 not the retail price, it's selling it to me as if i'm upgrading but I know i'm not eligible for an upgrade.
So the way it works is that either way, Verizon or apple, you're gonna have to pay upward of $600. But if I were you, I would buy it from Apple so that if you decide to switch carriers, it'll be easier to unlock the phone.
It shouldn't affect your plan, if anything you'll probably pay a little less because you have your phone paid off.

Well if your contract isn't up yet then obviously you won't be buying it on contract price. You would have to pay a cancellation fee with verizon.
When you actually check out, it will cost you $749 as you're already on a contract. Getting the phone from Apple is the best option. Just buy the phone and activate it on your account. It won't alter your phone bill if you buy this iPhone 6 or get an Android. Won't make any difference. If you need Verizon iPhone 6 without contract at reasonable price, mail me.
