Do I have legal action for damaged iPhone?

Do I have legal action for damaged iPhone? - 1

Yup… And you can pay tons of money to get a lawyer and sue the entity that damaged your iPhone. So, if the phone cost $ 800 you can pay another $ 800 to the lawyer.

Way to go Grasshoppa!

Depends on the circumstances

Almost certainly not, but since you give no information as to what happened to damage your phone, nobody can actually answer the question.

  • Would i have Legal issues if i named my iPhone app the same as a current product non-gaming related? Apparently, the name of my iPhone game is the same as a book written by a non-famous author, the book is about super hero's. My game is not about super hero's. Also, when i search google images, the name of my game shows up as the vehicle, Jaguar's icon. Would i have a legal issue to name my game the same as a book and a google image that shows up as Jaguar's icon?
  • Why further action on Craigslist ads? I keep posting in the personals through my iPhone app and it used to just post from there. Nowadays it says further action required, sends me an email, then I have to click a link, then accept terms then it posts. It's not that bad but anyone know why it's doing that?
  • What is the best inexpensive camera for low light action shots? I have recently had a baby and have been taking lots of pictures of him with my iPhone… I know… Bad. Needless to say I have missed out on a lot of great shots. Now that my baby is more active and never sits still I have an even harder time getting a good picture of him. I'm looking for a camera around $350 that is easy to use and will not produce blurry pictures. We're inside just as much as we're outside so a camera that does well in low light is a must.
  • What is the best DSLR starter camera for taking action and still shots of animals? I'm overwhelmed by all of the options. This will be my first real camera. I've been using my iPhone for pictures and am just tired of being so limited. I mostly take pics of dogs playing and doing agility courses, but I want a camera that will also be great for doggy portraits, regular wildlife, and landscape shots. Price isn't a big concern. I want to make sure I start off right! Any ideas of what would be best for a beginner like me?
