Would i have Legal issues if i named my iPhone app the same as a current product non-gaming related?
Apparently, the name of my iPhone game is the same as a book written by a non-famous author, the book is about super hero's. My game is not about super hero's. Also, when i search google images, the name of my game shows up as the vehicle, Jaguar's icon.
Would i have a legal issue to name my game the same as a book and a google image that shows up as Jaguar's icon?
The book is alright but image from Google isn't
- Why is my iPhone all of a sudden named iPhone instead of what I originally named it which was not iPhone? Why is my iPhone all of a sudden named "iPhone" instead of what I originally named it which was not "iPhone"? Any plausible explanations?
- Why does that granny named Donald Trump always complain? He always complains on twitter and he now tweeted that he hates the iphone 11 because it doesn't have a physical home button? Is that really that important? Why does that granny always complain like that?
- What's the difference from an OEM product and an original product? I need a new charger for my iPhone and I don't know if I should go buy an OEM charger from eBay or go buy an actual apple charger from Walmart that's going to be way more expensive. Since OEM is basically the same thing without retail packaging, would there be a difference in quality?
- What piece of music is the ring-tone from the iPhone 4 named Minuet? I've been looking for it everywhere but can't seem to find it by just searching Minuet, seeing as there are 50 million songs with the same name, thought someone might recognise it!
