Do I have to go to the in laws?
My husband wants to go to his parents Christmas Eve. His mom plans on having cocktail food now and to attend church, open gifts, etc. His 10 and 13year old brothers are spoiled kids who get an Xbox almost every year and an iPhone 4s or 5 this year. My own son is sick of them and he used to like them alot. His mother and I really do not get along, she is very condescending and jealous and his dad shows off money that he thinks he has (but no job, just lives off his savings). They ignore us when we go up there and sit around watching tv or playing on their devices all night, its uncomfortable.
My husband is refusing to go to my mom's this year because he's tired of going there. My mom is a nurse who works nights, so CE she works. My Grandma is going to her nephew's, so we're on our own. I told him we could split CD and go to my moms half a day and his parents the rest but my mom got angry at a comment his mom made and banned us from her house because. Do I have to go through all this turmoil? Should I just have something at my place?
Added (1). He told me I'm not allowed to stay at home and have to go where he goes, or he sits at home
You said it. No one can force you to go anywhere you don't want to go.
Start a new tradition at your house. Invite a few friends and relatives who share your values.
Take care
Keep your kids home with you and have a good time. If your hubby wants to see his mom, let him go and don't get mad about it, be happy that he wants to see his mom. Otherwise, stay at your house where you and your kids will be happy enjoying the holidays together, maybe watch a x-mas movie together, like Family Man or Dodge Ball.

- I have the Sprint IPhone 4- will this phone have ability to jailbreak? If I'm under contract, would this phone be able to have the jailbreak installed? Also, an android Samsung 1500 w/out service- could this device be jailbreak-d and how do I get service after its done? Really new to this technology but wanting to learn.
- I have lost my iPhone and have no insurance? My contract is sim only so my network will not replace my phone, I've had it less then a month and stupidly not put insurance on it, what should I do, it's on finance so I still have to make another 20 payments on it regardless of whether I have it or not.
- I have four pairs of apple iphones and all have them have stopped working? Every single one of them has stopped working so that I can only hear music in one earphone and not the other. I can't contact apple to complain because apparently you have to pay to do that! Do other non apple earphones work on an ipod? I don't want to pay like £25 for a set of earphones that is going to break in a week when I can pay £2.50 for a better pair that isn't apple.
