Do i have to pay skype for installing app on iphone 4 if i'm using my own Wi-Fi?
So basically i'm confused, I'm wondering if i can use skype for free, like message and make video calls to friends, like i can on my laptop for free without paying. My Iphone isn't even connected to a company i just use my router to get Wi-Fi and surf the web.
You get charged as a regular phone call, if you have no service, I don't think it will work
If your phone is connected to the internet, through the app you can send skype calls and it doesn not use your calling time. However, you have to be connected to the internet and you can only call skype users. If you bought their service, you could call anyone's phone number through skype whether they had one or not.
- Verizon upgrade fee? Can I pay at the store or do I have to pay it the next bill? I plan on upgrading my phone and renewing my contract next month in January. I plan on getting the iPhone 5s. I'm on this family plan with one line. Is there's an activation fee that I have to pay? Can I pay the upgrade fee at the store while purchasing the new phone? Or do I have to pay it on the next bill?
- Using an iPhone 4, do you look the same in real life as you do on skype? Using a front face camera on Skype, with the iPhone 4, do you actually look the same in real life? Because I know the iPhone front camera completely alters your appearance and I'm not sure about the back camera when you take it of yourself.
- Skype using iphone 4S 4G with At&t s UNLIMITED DATA PLAN? I was wondering if it really is okay to video skype using my phone with the unlimited data plan. I already tried it though, twice, for about 15 mins each and it didn't cost me. I want to chat for as long as I want to (at least an hour). So do you think it's okay and won't charge me extra?
- IPhone app updates not installing? Since I've downloaded ios6 onto my 4s, whenever I update any apps it's not doing it and 'waiting' this means that I can't use them, or delete them. Is there anyway of deleting them so I can reinstall them?
