If you're not a developer, don't install the beta of iOS 7 ESPECIALLY ON AN IPHONE 4! Non-developers don't have access to the release notes which specifically states that some location services don't work on iOS 7 for iPhone 4's. In other words, if you call 911, they WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PINPOINT YOUR LOCATION. They'll only be able to tell what city or neighborhood you're in. Tell your friends too about that please.
