Do I lose everything on my iPhone when I plug into a new computer?

My old laptop severely died one day, and I had to get a new computer. I haven't plugged my iPhone 5C with iOS 8.3 into this new laptop yet, and I was wondering what is going to happen? I don't have a problem with losing the music I didn't buy from iTunes, however I'm wondering if it will wipe my photos and apps? I use iCloud, so would it just all be saved still?

If it's saved on iCloud then it's still there. And no you shouldn't lose everything, that'd surprise me, but I don't use Mac so.

You better check further on how you use tools on computer for attaching devices like mobile phones,
If you are connecting to iTunes, there are options to transfer and sync, that means they both get the same, but set that up before you attach or you could copy files to computer and remove files from phone if not set in preferences, technically you can copy back and forth any files as sync allows such.

check you iPhone settings for sync or transfer and what can be copied or backed up,

Hi, if you have backed up your photos and apps to iCloud, it's pretty safe that you won't lose data. When you plug your iPhone to a new computer what you can do is to creat a backup immediately to the new computer with iTunes. This action won't cause any data lose.
