Do i need a Mac computer to develop iPhone Apps?

If so, is there anyway to somehow do it on windows? Like a jailbreak or something?

No, you have to use a mac for that especially if you actually want to be serious about it.

If you are keen on doing this then you must forget about the windows.
1.apple's programming language is so close to each other so once you learn how to make iPhone apps, you will learn how to develop mac apps as well.
2.working in a mac's environment will help you understand the iOS better
3.Xcode.a roughly 4GB app which you can get for free and makes it possible for almost anyone to be a developer
4.mac is actually a great thing, it's never too late to migrate to apple
I'm sorry I don't have specific info on how to program apps on windows but I heard that you can install macOS on windows and some more experienced developers use notepad to program

oh, and you can always have a windows os on your mac using bootcamp
