Do I need to schedule an appointment at the Apple store?

I to get my iPhone fixed, can I walk right in or do I need an appointment? And if so how can I do it online?

You need to schedule. If you walk in you will wait for the next available appointment time which will probably be hours away.

  • What if I miss an appointment with Apple? My iPhone has a cracked screen that I wanted to get fixed. An appointment was made with Apple, but then I realized it was past the appointment time. Is Apple going to be like "Hey, you missed your appointment" or will nothing happen?
