Do non-OEM iPhone batteries have a higher risk of exploding?
Remember when all those reports came through about iPhone 4 or 4S's having exploded in people's pockets or melting from overcharging or the like,
were those non-OEM batteries (made in China knockoff's) in those phones? Do they have a higher risk compared to the more expensive Apple replacement?
Do any of you use a cheap non-OEM battery in your iPhone, like bought off eBay? How are they functioning?
This is not the place to go cheap. Although the vast majority of catastrophic events with cellphone batteries are due to user stupidity, OEM batteries perform better enough to justify the extra expense.
- Why do old cameras have awful pic quality although the MP is higher then my phone? So I have an old compact camera with 12.1 MP, which i got around 2010 or 2011. I recently got a charger to charge my old camera to try out cuz I thought it would have a better quality then my iPhone 7 Plus (12MP). But when I tried taking pictures with my old camera it looks like it only have 1MP. I'm so confused because the MP are the same yet the photo quality has such big difference. Any idea why?
- What's the difference from an OEM product and an original product? I need a new charger for my iPhone and I don't know if I should go buy an OEM charger from eBay or go buy an actual apple charger from Walmart that's going to be way more expensive. Since OEM is basically the same thing without retail packaging, would there be a difference in quality?
- Should i risk cutting my mini sim to a micro sim? I have a iPhone 3GS but i recently bought myself an iPhone 4. I found out that i will need a micro sim as opposed to a mini sim, but i was wondering if i should risk cutting it down with a kitchen knife or something. I'm currently with vodafone and have had my sim card for about a year if that affects it? Is it easy to do? What are the risks? Am i likely to mess it up? What are problems faced when doing this? Any extra info would be much appreciated.
- OEM Lifeproof case Information? I bought a lifeproof case for the iphone 5 on Dhgate and messaged the seller to see if it was legit, he said it was an OEM product, Is this like a Knock off cause he has a 99. 99 percent rating and like almost 1, 000 people have bought the same case from him and they have left positive reviews no one left any complaints? I can return it and get my money back just want to know
