Do phones4u buy faulty iphones?
I bought my iPhone 4S from phones4u over a year ago but it's now completely broke and won't turn on. I went back and got an early upgrade to a different network so have to cancel my O2 contract which will be about £350, but phones for you said it would only be £220 and if I give them my faulty phone that will be £75 off and they also have me £30 cash but I'm not sure why? They said to come back to the shop within 7 days but couldn't get there as I had work, it's been 8 days.
I'm really confused please help!

- Will Apple replace my iPhone 4S - faulty battery? Haven't had my iPhone for a year yet and the battery drains so quickly it's impractical to use. Will Apple replace it, seeing as its still under warrenty and it isn't because I've damaged anything?
- Will apple replace my faulty iPhone 5? My iPhone 5 has been having some issues lately. The screen is becoming more loose and clicks when you tap it. It's not that bad but is getting worse and I'm disappointed a lot. I had it since October 20 and the problems just started. I have booked an appointment at the genius bar for sunday afternoon. Do you think they'll repair or replace this?
- New iPhone is my battery faulty? I've had this restored iPhone 4S for 2 days now, it shuts itself off with a screen asking to be charged even when there's like 40 percent battery left, then today I had 100 percent battery and it's gone down 27 percent in 20 minutes of using it, is something wrong with this pone and should I return it or are all iPhones battery's like this?
- IPhone 5 is faulty. Help? Apple? I've had my iPhone since November and all of a sudden both my home button and lock button are suddenly sticking and not working very well unless I put extreme pressure on it. If I book am appointment with apple, do they fix it for free, or do they give me a replacement, or do I have to pay? Mine is on contract, and I've heard about people complaining to apple that their phone is faulty and apple just giving them a new phone.
