Do you have to re-calibrate an iphone screen if you replace it?
My new screen comes in today and I need to knowonce I replace it if I have to calibrate the new screen.
Apple's iPhones, like most other modern touchscreen phones, use capacitive screens. So there's no calibration required or possible.
If you stick to using a genuine Apple screen, or an OEM version (exactly the same part from the same supplier Apple uses, but without Apple branding on the packaging) then there's rarely any problem.
Non-Apple/non-OEM screens can break and scratch more easily, may have duller colours, uneven backlighting, and less touch sensitivity. If the options in the Accesibility menu (Settings>General>Accessibility) don't make any difference to those then there's nothing you can do except to adapt yourself to accept them.

My IPhone 5C screen is cracked (a lot!) everything else works and there seems to be no other problems other than glass falling out of the screen. Do I need to replace the screen with an LCD Touch Screen Digitiser or just replace the glass?
