Do you receive anything when you switch to Verizon?
So I'm switching to Verizon from cablevision/optimum! Do yo receive anything? My friend switched to Verizon and she received an iPhone for free and so did the rest of her family! Will the same happen with me?
You really don't get anything. The mot you may get is a $50 rabate card. Verizon doesn't give as good of discounts as t-mobile or Sprint because they don't need people's business. They have the best 4g coverage and they know they cover Way more areas than the other carriers. I would like to switch carriers but they have really bad signal where I live. Therefore, I have to stay with them. That's where they get people. Hope this helped. Sorry for the mini rant. Lol.
- Would I be able to switch carriers without having to switch phones? I'm with Consumer Cellular and I have an iPhone SE, but I'm thinking of switching carriers so that I can get unlimited data. I don't want to get a new phone because I've had my current one about six months, I really like it, and it works great. I'm not locked into a contract with Consumer Cellular. Would I be able to switch to another carrier without having to purchase a new phone?
- Why don't I receive alerts or a notification when I receive a text and I already checked my settings? I adjusted my setting and even put the ringer and notifications on and put the volume and ringer on and I receive no alert, no pop up, alert or notification when someone texts me. Why? This is the iPhone X! I went to the cell phone/ carrier store and they didn't help me. They said to go to the apple store or check the settings. I already adjusted the settings. So what do I do now?

- Is it true you can get an iPhone 4 when you switch to Verizon? So I was watching a video and this guy mentioned that if you switch your network to Verizon you can get a variety of phones including the iPhone 4. I want to check if this is true because i have an iPod 4th Gen but it's so destroyed. (cracked screen and jammed power button) My mom says that if I find out that this is true she'll switch from Cricket to Verizon and give me that iPhone.
