Does 2g 3g 4g matter with Wi-Fi? Iphone?
I'm on tmobile and if i get an iphone it will be 2g and thats slow, but if i just use Wi-Fi will it will it still be slow on my Wi-Fi? Or does it matter?
If you are in Wi-Fi it will run however fast your Wi-Fi is. Now your call quality won't be too good and you won't receive texts as fast
If your Wi-Fi is good, the phone will be as fast as that, because most all phones will use Wi-Fi over cellular network. If you are out of the Wi-Fi zone, it will just use the cellular network. Wi-Fi or not, call quality and placement speed as well as sending and receiving texts won't be as fast as 3g or 4g, because calls and sms take place over the network, not Wi-Fi (depending on the phone and/or carrier)
- Iphone carriers, does it matter if its different? My brother gave me his old Iphone4. The carrier is AT&T I have sprint. Can I still change it over to my plane? I didn't think it matterd since people buy Iphones over the internet all the time. We already have 1 Iphone on our plan(my husbands)… So is there a difference?
- If an iphone is unlocked, does it matter if it has a clean esn or not? I found an ad on craigslist for an unlocked iphone. It said nothing about it having a clean esn or not, but does it matter if its unlocked already? Oh and if i meet up with the person, how can i prove on the spot if its unlocked? I want to make sure they weren't lying.
- For the iPhone 6 trade-in at Verizon, does it have to be a Verizon iPhone 4S or does it not matter? I currently have an iPhone 4S (Sprint) that I'd want to trade in for the new 6, but will Sprint take my phone back? And will Verizon accept a Sprint version? Also, if the screen is cracked, but fully operational, will they accept it? Sorry for having so many questions…
- Does it matter wt iOS I have on my iPhone 4S to jailbrake it? There's a lot of jailbrake apps that say they can jailbrake iPhone 4S but I have the newest iOS do I need to downgrade?
