Does itunes only work for apple products?

It's pretty hard to find hard copies now, and there are a couple of albums that i want to buy from itunes. But… I don't have an iphone, can i stil download music to my phone if it's not an iphone?

ITunes does not natively support players other than an iPod or iOS device. But you may be able to get direct support by using notpod. Give it a try; it may work for you. Your tracks will need to be in a format that the player can handle, of course.

Yeah most of itunes music is.m4a and will play on smart phones. You could always convert it to mp3 if it won't work with your particular phone. Amazon mp3 is also compatible

  • Why does apple products take so long to ship? My friend order the new iphone 5 yesterday and it said 3-4 weeks and when I order the new ipod touch today it said it should come in by Nov 26-28. I mean is this true if it is then it takes way to long to get the apple products. We live in Atlanta
  • Why does apple keep releasing new products so soon? I recently got the iPhone 5s about 2 months ago because I upgraded from the 5c and I find out that the 6 is being released in August and it's very annoying because when your on contract you have to pay like 350 for cancellation or upgrade and restart your contract over and keep doing it so you can keep up with your friends and stuff who have the new iphone is very irritating. Why do they keep doing this? Samsung doesn't produce nearly as fast.
