Does leaving my Iphone 4 on charge most of the day+night harm the phone?
Thanks
No because it stops at 100% and it has a limit
It may limit the life of the battery its always good to let it run down all the way occasionally to prolong battery life. Its the same reason they recommend you to take your laptop battery out whilst it is plugged into the mains.
Yes you should only charge it if you need it charged. (It can fry that phone) so if it shows its done charging unplug it.
Can lower batterys capabilities of holding a charge
There's no scientific evidence that it may harm your phone. Since you're probably only going to use the phone for two years, you will probably charge it 800 times. Any battery will last for 800 charges.
My question: do you spend this much time at home? Don't you do shopping, have a job, etc, where you have to unplug your phone?
As a general principle, rechargeable batteries work better, and last longer, if they are allowed to run down completely from time to time. So it is better to let the battery get low, then recharge, rather than leaving it plugged in and fully charged all the time. That applies to everything with such a battery - laptops, tablets, etc.
- Will jailbreaking your iPhone 5 harm phone? If I were to jailbreak my iPhone five will all my apps still work, will my internet work, will my facetime/camera work, will my calls/text work? Like pretty much will jailbreaking my iPhone 5 effect or harm it anyway? Or could I still use it like the regular iPhone that's not jailbroken?
- What is the game called? Bird, clouds, and switches from night to day? BAck in 2010 there was a game on the iPhone and iPod touches that had a bird that would bounce of the clouds to collect the stars, but you had to get as far as you could before night set in. It has been forever since I played it, and I have NO CLUE what the name of it is or what else happens in the game.
- Leaving UK with unpaid phone on contract? I have Iphone7 on contract with THREE mobile. Already past half of the contract but i still have one more year. The thing is that I'm leaving next month and I have to pay cancellation fee 380£ . I was thinking what will happen if I leave without paying the cancellation fee and block transaction from the bank so they can't take the money. Will they block my phone or what can happen?
