Does my iPhone use more data than my android did?
I recently switched to the iPhone the last week of November, it was nice at first but I've noticed an increase of data being used than what was with my android. During the last phone cycle (which ended a week ago) I ran my data over in ONE week and I've only come close to using all of my data (75%) with my android in the two or three days. I cut my data off when I don't use my phone and when I do use it I only turn the data on for certain apps. What could be happening?
You probably had background tasks set up better for your Android phone, you need to restrict background data usage on your iPhone. The iPhone itself will not use up much, if any extra data for the same task as an Android phone
People tend to use iphones alot more then androids, so normally more data is used
- Why does everyone say that iPhone's are easier to use than Android? I have both and I'm wondering as soon as I picked up both phones I knew how to use them it wasn't difficult and practically same concept why do people say that?
- Why do iPhones have more language options than Android? Why do iPhones have more language options than android when carrier locked? 'Cause an iPhone has several options when it comes to what languages that it can be set in, but adroids only have 3-5 languages(for me, it's English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, and Chinese) when locked… My phone is pretty much the only device that I'm unable to swap into the language that I want…
- Whatsapp doesn't allow more than 16 mb file transfer.but i'm able to transfer files much larger than that through my iphone 6 plus Whatsapp doesn't allow more than 16 mb file transfer. But i'm able to transfer files much larger than that through my iphone 6 plus. How is that possible?
- Does LTE use more data than 3G? I've already reached my data limit. This has happened in the past but not this quickly, I've noticed on the top left corner of my iPhone it says "Verizon LTE" if I disable that it will say "Verizon 3G" will I not use all of my data so quickly if I disable LTE and use 3G?
