Yes they do. My mom cracked her screen and she got it fixed by Tmobile.
T-Mobile's "fix" for a cracked iPhone is to make you buy a whole new iPhone, so in that sense, the screen is "good" but then it better be for $600.
T-Mobile doesn't fix screens. They send phones out to repair facilities.
