Does TextMe App charge for international texting?

So i recently ran my bill with sprint $800 for international texting, I just downloaded
the TEXTME app for my iphone and was wondering it says free international texting, does this mean
my phone company will not get charged for my international texting on it?

If it says that it should be free international texting. That app isn't throught your phone company, it's independent. Try sending one or two texts internationally, ten check your bill to see if it went up. If not, your all good.
