Does the iPhone 4S have the same SIM card as a Droid Razr?

I'm considering purchasing an iPhone 4S soon, with the exception of being worried about not being able to activate it. Since my purpose of the iPhone would be to use it without a SIM card (Basically as an iPod touch), I was looking for ways to bypass the activation. I saw that you can use a friend's SIM card to bypass the activation, and then take it out and use it as an iPod touch. But the only friend I know of that has a smartphone has a Droid Razr, which I could possibly use if the SIM cards were to be the same. It's a Verizon SIM card, and it looks like the one on the bottom left of this picture; image

TL;DR, Can I use a Droid Razr SIM card to bypass the iPhone 4S Activation screen?

Just buy an iPod touch to use as an iPod touch.

they both use microSIMs, likely that SIM is just for 4G though since Verizon is a CDMA network.
