No. No iDevice has ever had expandable storage. I think that Apple is extremely stupid and greedy for doing this, but that's the way Apple does things.

Also, would using the new Japanese phone I'm getting be a problem if AT&T is my provider? The phone would work fine outside of Japan (it's unlocked) but would AT&T have some kind of issues whit me?
