Does the Nokia Icon have a GPS tracking software on it, such as find my iPhone?
My Dad is extremely over-protective, gives me breath checks if I stay out past 10:00 pm and was trying to talk me in to upgrading from my iphone 4, which isn't capable of having find my iPhone so he can't track me with it, and I want to know if he could do this if I upgrade to the Icon instead of a new iPhone. Also my parents are divorced and my mom agrees that he is being too over-protective and that it is wrong that he needs to know where I'm 100% of the time and to monitor everywhere that I go.
- Why does the FBI have such a hard time cracking iPhone encryption. Why don't they just use the spy agencie's methods of using spyware? All you need is their phone number, and a cheap piece of software and you have access to everything on the phone (including deleted info) Why make a huge scene about it, when there are much easier ways to bypass lock screen encryption? You don't even need access to the phone, it can remotely install with just one phone call to the number too… Just saying, if the FBI really wanted in, it would be very easy
- What GPS tracking iphone apps (cycling and running) can be used without a 3G signal? I have been using both endomondo and mapmyride for my running and cycling. When I came to track my mountain biking neither of the apps would start a workout because I was out in the sticks with no network connection. I wasn't expecting any live maps, but was expecting either one of the above to be able to track my coordinates by GPS, to be uploaded later. Shame really because I like the apps. Do they actually works without a network signal and I'm missing something?
- What app can I use for gps tracking? I want to track my husband's locations cuz I think he's cheating. All the apps I look at tell me he needs the app on his phone too but he doesn't have an android or iphone. So what app can I use to secretly track his location of his phone? One that works and preferably cheap or free.
- Vehicle Protection: GPS tracking without breaking the bank? I plan to purchase a new vehicle in the next month and was considering ways to protect it. I was curious if there's a smart, simple and cost effective way to do so. I'm thinking of something similar to Find my iPhone which grants the ability to locate the device on a map. I live in a questionable area and want some piece of mind knowing that if my car where stolen that I could locate it. Let me know what you do to protect your car and what systems you have in place.
