Does Virgin Mobile have good service in Chicago/suburbs?
I'm considering switching from a sprint iPhone 4 with 3g to a iPhone 5 with 4g LTE, and was wondering if Virgin Mobile has good service/good service around chicago? The map says that all of Chicago is covered, but that is same thing that Sprint says and that is not true!
Consider this:
Virgin Mobile is a prepaid branch of Sprint. Virgin Mobile runs only on Sprint towers and does not allow for roaming.
If you are having problems with Sprint coverage, you will have more issues with Virgin Mobile.
- Virgin Mobile iphone 4s: Does it work on T-mobile? If I purchased the unlocked iphone 4s from Virigin mobile would I be able to use it on T-mobile? Does anybody know if the virigin mobile iphone has a spot for a sim card like the ones T-mobile uses?
- Virgin Mobile Canada to virgin mobile USA? So I bought an iPhone 4S that is locked to bell which they say is compatible with virgin mobile Canada carrier, but I'm moving back to United States soon if I unlock it I can use it in united states on the usa Virgin mobile carrier right?
- How good is the 3G and 4G service from Virgin Mobile? I'm looking into getting the iPhone 4S on Virgin Mobile and I was wondering how the coverage and general experience is with this product? Thanks in advance I'm aware that the iPhone is only 3G, I was just wondering if people had experiences with the other smart phones on 4g
- How do I unlock a Virgin Mobile phone without a Virgin account? Bought an iPhone off Kijiji which is locked to Virgin Mobile, but apparently I need an account in the first place to unlock it. Any solutions?
