Well depending on whether or not you have a contract, you might be stuck with the phone until your contract is up. You always have the option of buying out of your contract, but that's a pricy solution. If there's an actual problem with the phone. You could always take the phone to the Apple store to have it looked at. Or if this is your first time with an iPhone you may just have to give yourself more time to adjust to the phone. Regardless of the option, make sure you choose wisely because either way you're going to have to spend more money.

So I have some music that I purchased on my phone and I have since wanted them off my phone, I have tried deleting them off but every time I plug my phone into the computer they all redownload. I've gone to settings and everything and they are not checked off as songs that will download they aren't in any playlist I have and I have no clue how to make them stop downloading every time I plug my phone in.
