Downgrading to ios 6.1.3 from ios 7?

I have an iphone 4 which i updated to ios 7 a couple of days back
Problem is that it is very sluggish to wotk with and lags very much as compared to ios 6.1.3
Is there any way of downgrading to the previous version?
No jailbreaking methods wanted

I've been trying to find out the same thing and I still can't find anything about but what I'm gonna try is this… On my computer I have my phones last back up from iOS 6.1.3 and on my moms computer I have a back up with iOS 7 so I'm gonna try and restore my phone with the iOS 6.1.3 back up on my computer and if that doesn't work takeaway I have my iOS 7 back up

You Can't downgrade to any firmware below ios 7 Unless your phone was Jailbroken Before the upgrade and you have Saved your Shshblobs (search google for shshblob).

I needed to downgrade after upgrading, so I opt+clicked restore iPhone and selected the correct firmware, 6.1.4 (for my iPhone 5). I loaded up the iPhone and restored from my previous backup.   • Is downgrading the ios possible? I'm currently running ios 4.2.1 on iphone 4. I'm thinking of upgrading to ios 5.1.1 or even ios6 However, is it possible to go back to 4.2.1 if I encounter any problems with it?
