Dropped IPhone in water, USB Device not recognized?

I dropped my phone in a puddle last night. It sat in there for a good 15 seconds.

This morning the speakers would not work but after shutting the phone on and off a few times they started working again,

When I plug my phone into the wall charger it charges.

But when I plug it into my cars head unit, it doesn't even recognize it as a device.

When I plug it into my laptop it says the device has malfunctioned and the device is not recognized.

Any possible way to fix this?
Any chance it will get better on its own in a few days?
And any way I can sync my iphone a secondary way?

Dude take it to a apple store simple as that

Take it into a repair store of some sort (As said above apple sounds good). Don't try to fix it yourself.
Regarding fixing itself it may but i'm doubtful it may.
Syncing the Iphone can be synced wirelessly i believe. I'm not sure how as i do not have an iphone myself but the iPod has a sync wirelessly function i believe its something about icloud.

  • USB not recognized when iPhone is plugged in? I just updated iTunes to 11.1.4 and now it doesn't recognize my iPhone4s when plugged in - I get USB not recognized. I had the problem also with iPad but it was recognized just not in iTunes. I re-installed the driver and now the iPad is fine. Since my computer doesn't even see recognize the iPhone I can't re-install the driver. I'm sure its possible but don't know how. Have searched all over and nothing is working - any suggestions?
  • USB not recognized Message when I plug iPhone in? I have the IPhone 5 and when I plug it into the laptop it beeps then there's a sign that pops up saying it is not recognized. When I plug my wireless mouse into the USB port it works perfectly fine. So I'm not sure what the problem is. I have tried to re install iTunes and it does nothing. So what should I do to try to fix it?

Whenever i plug my usb cable into the computer and then my 3 generartion iphone it just says that it's not recognized and that it has malfuctioned and the only way to fix it is to replace it? Any help would be greatly apreciated it still charges but doesn't show in itunes. And every 10-20 seconds it makes that noise when you plug in your phone and sometimes when you disconnect

My iTunes stopped recognizing both my iPod touch and my iPhone, and I have done everything that I have seen online to do (uninstall and reinstall iTunes, uninstall and reinstall device drivers, change usb ports, change iPod cables, etc.) and my iTunes STILL won't recognize my iPhone. Any suggestions?
