Dropped my iphone in water
I just dropped my phone in water and pulled it straight out and it's fine but of course it could stop working. I don't have any rice so i've put it in a bowl of porridge oats. I've tried turning it off but it comes straight back on something that hasn't happened before. This happened 10 mins ago. Please reply fast on what i could do
Go to the store, buy rice. Do this right now, just in case. First of all press the Home button and Power button together for about 10 seconds. See what it does. It should reset and then try to power it off. Let it dry above something warm, not hot. Keep it there 10 mins. Then wait 5 mins.
Well, first I would take it to Verizon or your phone company. They will try to fix it if it starts to act weird. If they do fix it or help you, I would suggested a Otter Box case. Its completely water proof. Trust me. I had a iPhone 3 and put and Otter Box on it. I dropped it in the ocean and just put it back in my pocket. Works just fine.

Immediately switched it off, dried it and put it in a bag of rice. This was at about 6 p.m yesterday. This morning without turning it on I opened up the sim compartment to check the circle for water damage (checked online and apparently this is where to check for water damage). The indicator was white. It is back in the rice but I was wondering - when you think it will be ok to turn back on?

It keeps popping up "charging not supported on this device" and also I just found out the sound isn't working! Now I can't even listen to all the money I spent on my songs. The phone turned off by itself and about a few minutes ago i went to check and my phone was hot. So i'm wondering if i should keep it in the rice or do something else?
