Earbuds only play in one ear in all devices?
Earbuds only plays sound in one ear in all devices (laptop, iPhone, etc.). Jacks are clean. Jiggled the cord a bit, it played for a short while, but no longer plays no matter how I jiggle it. I will not modify the earbud, cords, or jack in anyway.
The earbuds are broken. Throw them away and spend 10 bucks on a new set.
That means inner cords are broken
Probably something like wiring got messed up or the drivers blew out. Don't bother trying to fix them. Just get a new pair.

- IPhone sounds play from ear speaker, not bottom speaker? Every so often, when I double click the home button, scroll over to the volume level, there's a little symbol for air play. When selected, I can play sounds from either the I phones ear speaker or the bottom (louder) speaker. However, this seems to go in and out and most of the time the air play icon isn't there. How do I fix this?
