Easier way to transfer videos on iPhone to iMac?

I have a dozen videos on my phone. I have an iMac.
I've tried sending them to myself via email but when i view them they're All BLURRED. Fine on phone though. I thought of "share" but i don't want All my activity put on both my phone and computer. Any suggestions?

Add them to iPhoto, and then sync.
If I send a video file by email, it doesn't become blurred -- unless it was poor quality to begin. Email does not change the file. Just a tech detail, but still I agree, email is no good, too slow.
EDIT:
From http://support.apple.com/.../kb/HT4083 it says.
"Connect the device (iPad, iPhoto, iPod Touch) to your computer. IPhoto should automatically open its import window and show your device's images ***and videos***.
If iPhoto doesn't open, you might need to turn the option on-> http://support.apple.com/.../kb/TS1501.
iPhoto import window
Click Import All. Or if you want to import specific items, select those images and videos, then click Import Selected. After your photos import, a dialog will ask you if you want to delete the original photos from your Camera Roll.
Choose Delete Photos or Keep Photos.
If you delete photos after you import them, you can reduce the size of your Camera Roll and improve backup and restore times.
If you want to import the photos to additional computers, keep your photos."

  • Why does everyone say that iPhone's are easier to use than Android? I have both and I'm wondering as soon as I picked up both phones I knew how to use them it wasn't difficult and practically same concept why do people say that?
  • What would be an easier way to put my pictures from my d5200 to my iPhone? So I just got a Nikon d5200 and right now to put my pictures on my phone so I can upload them to Instagram, I'm putting them on my computer from the SD card and then emailing them to myself so I get them on my iphone. Is there an easier way?
  • What is the fastest way to transfer all the photos/videos from iPhone to PC? I really need to move all my pictures and videos on to my laptop but every time I try to do this iTunes freezes and ends up failing. I have 5,500 pics/vids. I have tried two other apps/programs - "Sync Photos" and "Photo Wi-Fi" are the app names. Those also didn't work. One of my friends said it would be easiest to just get an external hard drive. Hoping to get some useful insight on this as I need to sell my iPhone soon and would like to keep all my memories!
  • Is there an easier way to look at old iPhone texts? So I'm bitter and want to look at really old texts between me and my girlfriend. But every time I scroll it gets really hard and my phone ends up freezing. I never delete texts and was wondering if there's anything that would make this scrolling easier.
