English otome games on iphone/ipad?

Are you aware that it is not COMPLETELY FREE to put a game into the appstore? Developers have to pay a fee to even be allowed to put their games up on those things. Quite understandably, people who have games in the appstore are trying to make money. They have to, otherwise how are they going to pay the cost to list their game?
If you want COMPLETELY FREE games you need to play games on the PC, because then a hobbyist making games just for fun can create a game and put it up on a website whenever they want, without having to pay Apple for permission.

Obviously, free games are generally made by fans just for fun, and they can't afford to hire writers and artists because they don't have any money, so a lot of them aren't very good, but they're free, and some of them are pretty fun.
- Why they make PC games but no Mac games? A Mac Pro has a lot more power than most gaming PCs. Its performance will embarrass both consoles and PCs. I don't even have to use a Mac Pro as an example. Just look at an Iphone. The ios version of Grand Theft Auto 3 looks better than the PS2 version. And its not even a console! Its a phone!
