Feeling Used by my boyfriend & in laws, Am I?

The reason I feel used is bc my boyfriend, his mom, & his sister always ask me for stuff & it turns out bad. His mom asks me to make a store run for her or bring to the store her every time I leave her house from visiting my boyfriend. I'll go for her then right after she's rude & ignores me when I speak to her. My boyfriend doesn't have a job, car, Or money, so I let him use my car, it's fine but he doesn't put gas, has friends in the car & his family just thinks it's ok to ask him to use my car for their favors & never consider asking me! As if it's his car! His sister doesn't ask me for much but everytime I talk to her it's like she's trying to prove me wrong. She wanted me to put music on her phone via my computer so I asked her for her phone charger to connect the music, she tells me it's broken, I politely ask her "Do you think your sister has one?" she gave the most sarcastic remark,"no. It's an iPhone 4, no one has a iPhone 4 anymore" like I wasn't trying to help. She always cut me off when we have a convo I guess to shut me down& tries to tell what to do & how to do it in her fashion, so I don't want to help her in anyway. They are bossy & strong willed ppl. Well point blank, I don't like it & I don't want it to continue, my only option would be to cut off all of them but it's like I'm a push over & don't know how to say "NO", I feel they do this bc I have no siblings/close family or friends. My mom passed when I was 13, my dad lives his own life so I feel they use that advantage.

Why, get out of this relationship as soon as possible, and do not look back and do it today.

At the end of the day a relationship should give you energy and bring joy into your life. There will be hard times, yes, but overall it should definitely be very obviously giving u more than it's taking from you. It doesn't sound like this is that for you, anymore. It's certainly not your fault. I would say just break up with the dude, or at least really dial back the relationship to the point where it's fun for you again and you don't feel used.

you can't expect your boyfriend to break up with you tho, because that's gonna **** up all the things he's using u for. Your gonna have to be the one to do it.

I don't want to put things in your head to freak you out, but just fyi - guys do date girls with a car/money specifically so they can use those things to take other girls out with, at the same time. It's a pretty common scam. I'm not saying that's what's going on now necessarily but just fyi/for future reference. It's a thing.

Anyways, I say trust your instincts and back away from this situation.

As for telling people "no", just say "no". Or, "No, I can't let you borrow the car anymore. It's a long story." And leave it at that. Say "no" a million times if you have to. If a tiny little baby can say "no", you can say "no". That's really all it is. Just say "no" over and over again, and don't say anything else in between.

Be calm, pleasant and polite and offer NO JUSTIFICATION and NO EXPLANATION. That's really important. Because the minute you start explaining, they will start arguing - and since you're a generous person and they're more overbearing than you, they will probably wear you down (or at least waste a lot of your time).

At the end of the day, it's your life and it's your stuff. You don't owe them anything. I say, if you have to be a little more assertive or even just walk away, make the effort and do it. You deserve the best.
