For Which one I ll go for between IPhone 5/5s or Sony Xperia Z1?

I want to buy a mobile between Iphone 5/5s or Sony Xperia Z1. I want a phone which is snappy, nice photography ( I don't want to go with megapixel count, I want to go with Image quality or I can say sensor), multitasking and zero lag.
Currently IIm using Samsung Galaxy S3 I9003, but I don't know why, despite of quad core processor, the phone is laggy, whn I try to run multiple application it hangs. So I want to change it.
I don't want to go for any other brands, even Samsung i don't want, So please give me suggestion for which one I ll go for with reasons

Imo, if I was you i would get the Z1.

-High-resolution 5" Full HD TRILUMINOS Display

-Fast
-Provides a good gaming experience: Good stereo sound, 3D graphics, multiplayer support etc.

The Iphone 5s is barely any different from the 5. Really all that has been added is the Touch ID.

If you wanna take great pictures, buy a Z1.It's camera is amazing. Also, it has a bigger and better display than the iphone 5s which means, you can read things better with a Z1.

The Xperia Z1's processor can just blow the iphone5s away. I definitely recommend the Z1.

Get the iphone 5s gold version.
