Ford fiesta 09 and iphone music?
My phone is connected to my fiesta even music but the music from my phone won't come threw onnm speakers even thought my phone says connected.
I've tried:
pressing AUX more than once
Reconnecting bluetooth through car and phone.
I would be very surprised if a 2009 car had support for bluetooth audio streaming - the technology of your phone is much newer than your car. I suspect the car only supports handsfree calling over bluetooth, not audio streaming.
The AUX setting on the car's audio unit is for the 3.5mm AUX input socket, probably located on the right-hand side panel inside the glovebox (check the location in your car's handbook). If you connect your phone to that socket with a suitable cable you should be able to get your music playing through the car's audio system.
- I lost contacts on my iPhone 4s after syncing with MS Sync in my new Ford? Recently bought a 2010 Ford Fusion with MS Sync, I upgraded the Sync software last night, and then synced my contacts with the car, now the contacts are gone from my iPhone 4s. I saw them successfully on the car's phone contact list. Coincidence, or an issue?
- I have a ford fiesta zetec (2009) and my hazard lights have stopped working? I have also lost the bluetooth symbol on my radio with no option to turn it back on, and my iphone can't find my radio. This all happened over the last week when I had a new head light bulb fitted. Can anyone help please?
- I'm trying to sync my Iphone 5 to my 2012 Ford focus? So far the phone is synced, but when I say mobile apps it says no apps are working. I turned on Pandora and it still says no apps are being detected. It also searched for apps and said there aren't any.
- How to connect my iphone 5 to ford sync? So i'm pretty sure i connected it over bluetooth but when ever i try to play music i don't hear it. I know the music is playing but nothing is coming out of the speakers. I have a 2012 F-150 XLT and an iphone 5 incase that changes anything.
