Forgot my son's iphone restriction password?
Technically, his phone seems to have forgotten the password. I used the password last Friday and it was fine. Now his phone won't accept my restrcitions password. What can I do? Do I have to restore his phone back to factory settings? Could the phone somehow have reverted to a prior password? I hope I don't have to restore his phone because that would be a hassle. I already have his phone pretty restricted and I use an app called Parentkit to take away apps when he should be doing homework or sleeping. I'd have to set all this up again.
Restoring it to factory settings is really not that much of a hassle, so stop complaining! All it does is delete the apps, if you have everything else on the SD card, it doesn't delete any of it. Re-downloading aps is not that hard!
trust me i've been child-locked out of my own phone too, and it sucks so maybe you shouldn't child-lock his phone because he will find a way around it, lol
1) Remember your passcode.
2) Wipe it back to factory.
