You can't unlock it but you might want to take it to the apple store, they will know how to open it and contact the person.

That is like me finding your wallet and saying. "Oh I wonder how to open it? I really want the money inside I don't really care that it belongs to somebody. Take it to the apple store so they can unlock it to see who's it is I agree with the other guy.
Download iTunes get a iPhone cable for it and plug it into your computer then open up iTunes when it finds the device click on it it will be in the left hand side of the screen the click restore don't listin to Those other people finders keepers losers weepers lucky find!
