Found verizon iphone what should I do?
Verizon asked me to drop it off at a store but there's no guarantee they will be able to reach the person because they don't have another phone number for them. I live in North Carolina and there aren't any stores close to me anyway. I want to do the right thing but it seems like with any option it would end up going unclaimed or stolen by someone who I may turn it in to… I took out an ad on Craigslist already too. Any suggestions?

Call the person's home phone?
Call everyone in the address book
Look through their contacts, then call everybody.
Call the contacts.
Take it to the police.
I agree if they don't have a lock on the phone call everyone in the contacts.
Cellphone companies are so lazy!
They will have contact info for the owner. They do send bills, don't they? Unfortunately, they will do nothing, neither will the police. Calling their contact list is probably best.
