From my understanding you don't need to give your password to get iPhone screen repaired, is this correct? And can you wait there?
While they fix it?
Added (1). Also what are the chances of them stealing information from my phone despite not having my passcode?
No they don't need your password, and no i don't advise waiting unless they tell you it's getting fixed right away. Most companies have a line and your phone may be behind several others

- Understanding iphone sim cards for iphones? I'm planning on buying an unlocked iphone from a family member. They said something about the sim card from their At&t iphone? Once they remove the card the phone is open for any service. I'm with verison. What i don't understand is the purpose of the card. When i buy the phone will i need to purchase a sim card? And will i have to pay for a data package? For internet and stuff like that?
- Is there any way I can use my deceased father's iphone X even though I don't know his password or his e-mail password? My dad passed away recently. He had a fairly new iPhone X. I'd like to use it as my own phone but I don't know the passcode. I watched a video on how to restore the phone but I still can't use it because the phone is connected to an itunes account… And since i don't know his e-mail password, i can't reset it. I went to AT&T (where we were on a family plan) but they said they can't help me. Is his nearly new phone destined to be a paper weight?
- I'm trying to ease all contents and setting from my iPhone 7 and it's asking for a password but I don't have a password Ok so I recently got an iPhone 7 and when I opened it up it was a clean slate nothing on it. However when I tried to restore my old phone's data I restored the wrong phone. I tried to go into setting and ease all contents but it asked for a password that I didn't put into my phone and didn't create. I have no clue what to do.
