Got an iPad which I haven't used in ages! The password has been disabled and never backed up to iTunes etc?
Is there anyway to back up the photos etc - any apps or software - I don't want to lose them… Any trusted sites to help?
The only way to get access to the iPad is to put it in DFU mode and restore it through iTunes. This will erase everything off of the iPad. If you had iCloud on your iPad, check your Apple ID online at icloud.com to see if your pictures happen to have been uploaded to the cloud. By default iOS will backup some of your pictures to the cloud. However, if you don't have a backup of any kind (to iTunes on PC or iCloud), then you're out of luck.
Additionally, if you have Find my iPad enabled on it, you will be required to type in your Apple ID and password associated with that iPad if you do restore it.
- My iPhone 6s has no phone case and I've dropped it several times but there has never been any damage The screen hasn't cracked and it still works like new and the phone is as old as when the first iPhone 6s came out. But it's just funny because i Never have a case on it and it's fallen, maybe only 3 feet at most onto wood floors and nothing has happened yet. Anyone else relate?
