Has she blocked my phone number?
My ex last night blocked in front of me my phone number
I called her today with my number hidden (i don't know how to explain that in English, I just put #31# in front of her number so that she won't be able to see the number that calls) and she answered it.
Does that mean that she unblocked me, or if I have my number hidden I can call no matter what?

If your number is hidden then you can still phone, as it will come up unknown. However if it doesn't ring when you try without it hidden, then she blocked you
There are apps now that show blocked and hidden numbers, unfortunately. Best idea is set your phone to only accept calls/messages from your contact list. Then remove her from the list. This works for me.
If she blocked you that means she's not interested in talking to you. Obviously you can't take a hint! Did she actually talk to you or did she just hang up on you? My guess is she hung up once she realized it was you!
It means she is desperate for attention and like many people, blindly answers any call that comes in. If she was smart, she would not answer any number that shows up on caller id, that she didn't know, or displays UNKNOWN or PRIVATE. But YOU picked her, so how smart could she actually be?
No it means she answers calls with unknown numbers.
