Have I lost weight? (Losing 10lbs in a week)?

I'm really confused lately. I recently downloaded the MyFitnessPal APP on my iPhone and have been trying very hard to maintain a healthier diet. My starting weight was 294, and my measurements were as follows: waist 45, hips 47, and neck 17. I started using the diet last Saturday. The program suggested my body burns 2750 calories a day naturally, without extra exercise and they said in order to lose 2lbs in a week, I'd have to consume 2030 calories a day. I viewed that as a reasonable goal.

Fast forward to now, I just weighed myself after getting home from school. I now weigh 283.4 in under a week. I'm wondering is this a) real? B) possible? And c) unhealthy? I used to be a huge soda drinker and cut back on mostly all sodas this past week. Stayed away from a lot of carbs. Rarely exercised, stayed sedentary for most of this past week, but a lot of my family members are saying it looks like I've lost weight. Also, my measurements didn't change a bit.

Am I dreaming or is it possible I actually lost 10lbs in 1 single week?

First weeks most of the weight you lose is water weight, so big numbers are expected. After that the real weight or fat starts coming of and probably won't lose more than 5 pounds a week or maybe nothing, and when this happens don't get dicouraged keep going and you will get to your desired weight.

I know its weird to see a question thats the opposite of societys wishes but i have a BMI of 16.6, which a healthy one is around 18.5. I'm looking for an app thats similar, but for gaining weight I need something like that for assistance, your help is very much appreciated
