I'm 16 and i want to lose weight but i have little say in what i eat?

My parents usually chose what we have for meals but i want to lose weight any ideas like some good work outs i could do or something like that. (i don't have any weights) thanks so much

My parents try to force me to eat unhealthy too, lol. If you have a iphone I recommend you download the 7 minute workout app called 'Seven', and do a 5-circuit workout every day, five days a week.
I lost over 60 pounds in a span of 6 months from doing this and eating as healthy as I could.

Eat less of it.

Eat smaller portions of your meals (but please becareful of how much you are reducing. I still would want you to fill full after a meal never go hungry!)

Try talking to your parents. You don't need a radical change in diet. Ask if maybe one day a week you can choose what you all eat at least. And if that goes well maybe you can increase it to 2 days. You can also try making small changes to ingredients in the meals you already eat. If a recipe calls for plain flour, see if you can use WHOLEmeal flour instead. Try BAKING things instead of frying them. You are only 16 (not belittling you) and don't need to go on any diets.

Basically eat a little less, BUT more often (have small snacks in between meals) and work out more. Going for a daily walk can have many improvements. After your walk you can come home and do some floor exercises. There are a lot of 10/20/30/60 minute workouts on you tube. Small dumbbells are pretty cheap from k mart too.
