Have you ever had your iPhone 5 voicemail delayed until you restarted the phone?
I received a call today at noon but I didn't answer it. The caller left a voice message, but I didn't get it until 11 hours later when I turned my iPhone 5 off and then back on as a way to restart it (I do that everyday).
My iPhone 5 is running iOS 6.1.3, and it's a 64 gb on Sprint. Have you ever had this same problem?
I have, but usually in an area where I don't get good coverage. Voicemail uses cellular data, so it needs a good connection to download the voicemail message. The data connection reset when your restarted the phone.

- How to save a voicemail you never want to ever lose? A family member of mine recently passed away but I still have their voicemail on my iPhone 4 because I just can't part with it. Obviously it won't stay in my phone forever and I'm due for an upgrade soon. There has to be a way to save it to email, digital format to a hard drive or some other format. I can't stress how much this means to me. Any help is greatly appreciated.
