He keeps hugging me and I don't know what to do

My TaeKwonDO instructor keeps hugging me! He is the same age as me and is always trying to assert his power as my instructor on me. The first time he hugged me it was after outdoor testing for color belts during Family Fun Day. He was playing with the kids there and getting sprayed with water guns. He came up behind me after that, hugged me, and said "You'll never guess who it is." I didn't think much of it. I just thought he wanted to get me wet and said that to keep it from getting awkward. Then, over the previous weekend, we were both at a minor league baseball game. The school's demo team had been there to perform before the game. We were talking with some other people from TaeKwonDO about a game on my best friends iPhone. He said "I don't like your game." while he leaned over to hug me. He stayed like that for a second too long to just be casual and didn't let go until my best friend said "If you don't like the game, then why are you hugging her?" (In the game, she made a character for me and my instructor and sent them on a date. They then became a couple.) After he let go of me, the other people we were with grabbed his arm and pulled him away and I haven't really seen him since. I have absolutely no idea what do about this!

I would have a adult tell him that this is making you uncomfortable, and that if he won't stop, you will have to go somewhere else.let him know you are serious about this, or he won't leave you alone. If this don't work, then involve the police.

Next time he hugs you reach down and grab is junk hard and give it a tug/twist he will let go and never try to hug you again
