All my contacts deleted can i get them back?
I recently updated my iphone 3gs with the latest software and it deleted some of my contacts added numbers i don't know or ever seen before and mix some names and numbers up. I had some very important numbers and i need help of how i can get them back fast and why it has done this? I didn't update my cotacts to icloud so how can i get them back Please Help ME
If you had a backup, in either iTunes or iCloud, you can restore from that backup and go back to that date. This can help you get some of it back, but most people are too forgetful or lazy to actually do backups regularly until it's too late and they lose data.
And by the way, a backup to iCloud is different than the push function that iCloud also provides. It's two separate sets of data.

I thought it was a glitch so I turned off my phone and then back on again and it was still gone. Can I get them back? I had a lot of important writing in those documents.
