Help EBAY SELLING COMPANY HARRASING ME?

Basically Its a long story but ill cut it short for you, The item came damaged so i opened a case on paypal, and paypal agreed to give me a refund once i send the item back, So paypal have told me not to speak to the ebay selling company as they keep telling me to "send clear pictures", i have given them hundreds of clear pictures with my iphone 5 and you will need to be blind to not see the damage on the camera (the item)(basically the camera shutters were broken), so then paypal gave me the company's return address and told me to send it back to them tracked, so nothing goes wrong so i did, and i paid £12 gpb of my own money to send it back to them, so then i messaged the selling company and said "I had enough i'm now sending it back to you ok", then they asked me what address i sent it to, and i told them that paypal has told me to send it to this address "La grande france" etc but then the selling company told me that "this is our old warehouse and we have moved to a different place", so the tracking code showed that it was attempted to be delivered, and paypal have seen that, and have given me the full £100 refund as i sent it to the address they told me to send it too, so Now the camera is being sent back to me and i actually have the camera at home with me, Now way before all this started the ebay selling company agreed and promised to give me a compensation of £30 for the damage, I said ok but they still insisted the "clear pictures" wasted more and more time and did not give the compensation, Now i have the camera and the full £100, they want me to send it back to them with my own money. And this is what i replied back to them saying:

Dear Company

I only said you're a liar because Paypal has told me it was the correct address, your damage claim procedures are horrible and time wasting for a customer, i have given you CLEAR pictures of the damage which any HUMAN BEING WITH EYES can see! The only reason I have sent it to you without any confirmation is because Paypal has told me to send it back without letting you know, because even if i do let you know you will just waste more and more time and ask for pictures and that's FACT, When i sent the item, the post office has my return address on there so it will be sent back to me and anyway i don't care if the item is lost, I have my £99.93 back so i really don't care what happen's to the camera, Once the item eventually gets back to me, I will keep it. If you want me to send it back to you, I'm asking for a £30 compensation you promised me and a additional £12 compensation for sending it to the wrong address and wasting my own money. This all sums up to £42 gpb, If you do no accept this to give this to me, no problem i will keep the camera, and please be in mind that every 5 days that go by i will be charging a commission on top of the sum of £10, And now I'm removing all implied right of access from contacting me otherwise you will be breaking the law, because you are harrasing me, causing me distressed and alarmed. If i see you accepting then fair enough, but otherwise goodbye and the camera's mine.

So what shall i do now? I do not want to spend my own money sending it back to them.
And now they keep messaging me harassing me, so what shall i do now? Please SOMEONE?

Sending it without confirmation is always a huge mistake. Who would suggest that? Confirmation is the only way you can prove it arrived. You should have used some common sense on that one. Not only was your letter to the rude and didn't seem to follow proper English language rules, it wasn't to the point. I suggest you get back on the phone, let paypal know what's going on, be tactful, and insist on an answer. If you have to talk to someone else, ask. If you have to re contact the company, try to be more of an adult.

You'll catch more flies with honey then with vinegar meaning that you can't be rude if you want something from someone. I know you are upset, but this letter is rude and incoherent.

You did your part which was send it to the address listed in Paypal. They should have updated it. It was sent back to you. Period. I would have no further communication with the company because it sounds like it will only escalate.

If they send you other messages then complain to Ebay and/ or Paypal, but do it nicely and just give them the facts. Just set their email address to spam and block them from Ebay. Don't ask for anything more. Its a done deal. The company needs to take it up with Paypal if they want anything more.
