Help for icloud activation iphone 4s?

I bought an iphone 4s from ebay and it is asking for icloud activation the previous owner of this ipnone did not log out of his icloud and now i have having problem to activate it is there any thing i can do to bypass it or any help coz i'm not in contact with the previous owner

You will need the previous owner to wipe it first.

Basically i have a second hand IPHONE 3GS which the previous owner had on giff gaff, i bought a giff gaff sim and put it in my phone after i reset it, i pass the language and country setup, i choose my Wi-Fi and then start to activate my phone, it leaves it about 2 minutes and then gives me the message: error message activation server temporarily unavailable.can't activate iphone I KNOW FOR A FACT IT WASN't JAIL BROKEN So SOMEONE Please Help iPhone 3GS, I Can't ACCESS MY PHONE
  • IPhone iCloud activation fully bypass? Is there a way to fully bypass a iCloud locked phone? Because I've seen videos where people bypass iphone but not fully. Can I take it to a apple store to restore it or can it be restored?
  • Iphone help activation lock? I baught an iphone with ios7 it has a activation lock and the owners won't help me. Is there a thing i can download on my computer like ifile or something that can help me hack into my own iphone and see the files and ill click. On the file that says apple id and maby it will tell me the email address and password? If any of yoh know of such a program i can download tell me the link i'm out $1200 dollars on this stupid phone
  • IPhone 5 7.1.1 iCloud Activation Lock? Bought a second hand iPhone 5 iOS 7.1.1 and found out that it was iCloud locked. Guy I bought it from won't answer his phone. This iPhone was not stolen or lost as a Telus rep. Confirmed it. Tried everything I could find online to no luck. This is so irritating and it is really upsetting that nothing is working because I have spent around $300 in total with this iPhone 5. Can someone Please help me. Anything will help. I'm desperate for a solution. Any good answer is appreciated.
