Help from someone who knows apple stuff please
I was trying to upload some pictures and videos from my iPhone 3gs onto my laptop. I've done this a few times and it has worked before. However my most recent pictures and videos could not be found for some reason. I have checked and they are on my phone, and I've disconnected and reconnected and it still won't work. Please help!

Synchronizing? Have you tried perssing that button and if you go to Itunes and press on synching photos as yes, then it will probably work, or open Iphoto and do it that way, if still not working email those photos to your laptop.
Well maybe the connector is broken but i don't know, if you want to import something just send it to yourself on email if it doesn't work.

- Jailbreak help? I want to update and not lose my stuff Ok so I'm on 6.1.2 and I'm jailbroken on evasion. But I want to update to ios 7. Can I update from a jailbroken iPhone and keep all songs and applications on my phone and it just takes all my jailbreak stuff off?
