I dropped my iPhone 4S in the pool

So my little bro pushed me in the pool and my phone was in my pocket but i didn't relize it was in there for about 10 seconds and we were at my neighbors and my mom ran home BUT WE DIDN't HAVE RICE so my mom put it in crackers until i ran back to my neighbors house and asked for rice and i got some so thats when we finally put it in rice and it will not turn back on its been in there for one day and i put it in the charger and the flashlight turned on but thats it the flash is stuck so what can i do should i leave it in there for a few more days and see what happenes thanks guys!

I would leave it in the rice for several days and if it still doesn't work then your going to have to get a new phone.

  • IPhone 4 was dropped in my pool? I got it out and didn't think to turn it off. I had music playing and it stopped. I dried it off and it's been in a bowl of rice since 5. My back camera has water droplets inside the camera (it looks foggy) and my flash won't shut off. My phone was on 75% when I dropped it. It's been 5 and a half hours. Shouldn't the battery have died already? Will my phone ever work again? And how long should I keep my phone in the rice?
